Travel Plan Case
Let us build a custom travel plan just for you, packed with local hidden gems. Make the most of your trip to Asahikawa!

“I’m interested in skiing, but I also want to enjoy meals and sightseeing. I am a beginner at skiing. I prefer minimal travel/movement.
This plan includes visiting the zoo during the day and enjoying night skiing in the evening. The sushi restaurant for lunch tends to get crowded, so it’s best to aim for around 3 p.m. In the evening, I’ll recommend a stylish Japanese sake bar located near the hotel.
It’s a popular spot, so would you like me to make a reservation?

What’s New
FAQ
What a concierge-built day looks like.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes — completely. No payment details are required to book it. You only pay if you decide to use our service after the call, and we confirm the exact total with you before any charge is made.
What about the time difference?
Japan is only 1–2 hours ahead of eastern Australia and overlaps comfortably with NZ. For Europe and North America, we offer early-morning and late-evening JST slots. All booking times are shown in your local time zone.
How good is your English?
All concierges work in English daily. If you’d like to check first, that’s exactly what the free consultation is for.
Do you cover Furano, Tomamu and Sahoro?
Yes. From the 2026-27 season we support the full Hokkaido Powder Belt: Asahikawa, Kamui, Santa Present Park, Canmore, Pippu, Asahidake, Sounkyo, Furano, Tomamu and Sahoro — including multi-resort trips.
Can you help with backcountry?
We don’t guide ourselves, but we connect you with certified local guides for Asahidake and Kurodake, and handle the booking and communication.
What if I need help urgently during my trip?
Message us in the app or on WhatsApp. Daytime requests are usually answered within minutes; emergencies are prioritized immediately.
Do I book my own flights and hotels?
Yes — flights and accommodation are booked by you (we’re happy to advise on areas and options). Everything on the ground — restaurants, activities, transport, problem-solving — is what we handle.
